A nice and clean hotel with so nice and friendly staff, and especially reception. really recommended.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my friend. We really had a good time here. The staff at the reception were really very nice including the hotel manager The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. OMG the bathroom is superb. I didn't enjoy the breakfast much. l am not a breakfast person even though they had varieties. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. Excellent customer service in a clean hotel you can bit that.
Airco didn't work in the whole building. No reason, no solution. +25 degrees at night. Terrible sleep. Night staff doesn't understand english. Wifi is unusable. Breakfast is not bad but limited. Ah yes the classic "no it's not true what you say" as if I don't have anything better to do than make up stories about bad hotels.. Great response instead of acknowledging a problem and fixing it or apologizing like 2 of your receptionists did.. Classy
