Krystel, Deputy Director of the hotel, was simply incredible!! She made our stay wonderful in every way. The hotel is new, very clean and well located. We fully recommend it!!
The rooms are very clean, and the spa is quite small, accommodating only four people, which I would mention as the only minor drawback. The staff at the reception and the bar are excellent. The breakfast is exceptionally high-quality and diverse. The only thing I missed was a charger for electric vehicles.
We were a little worried about the hotel being by the highway and listening to the traffic, but the place is well isolated. The staff is friendly and helpful., the battery is comfortable and be aware that the rooms have carpet and doing my stay it was not vacuumed. The floors were not mopped either…. But if I were to come back to plerin, I would probably stay here again
