I booked the least expensive room at this apartment hotel and the cheapest room is better than some really expensive hotels that I have stayed at. This is an old property that has been beautifully restored and the rooms are high quality, with beautiful furniture. The hotel rooms have good wi-fi and small carts with tea, coffee and electric tea pots. Bed linens and towels are very high quality, maid service was excellent. I really only found three small things to fault this hotel for, first, as this is an old building, there is no elevator, so if you are on one of the upper floors this could be a problem for some people, second, there is no handicap accessibility at this hotel, so if you are disabled you should book at a different hotel and lastly, only some staff have English capabilities, so if you don't speak Ukrainian or Russian you may have some difficulty communicating with staff here.

We have stayed here 3 prior times and just booked it again. Everytime has been nothing to complain about. Service is always excellent. They do everything possible to make sure that all your needs are satisfied. The breakfast is good. Staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and comfortable. Our last visit was because our plane was delayed because of weather. We left at 4 am to go back to the airport since we were leaving before breakfast they offered to make us sandwiches that's what I'm talking about taking care of their guests.

Beautiful , elegant place, friendly, helpful service, also enjoyed the breakfast there, they always propose you some fresh eggs the way you like it when you come in the morning. Great spot for sightseeing Lviv.
