British County Resorts

Stayed at British County for two nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice, clean and comfy with good facilities. It had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountain .Very polite, hospitable staff and provided good tourist information near Munnar. The restaurant also had lovely food with tasty breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in Munnar.

The rooms are very neat and clean, including the washrooms. The staff is extremely polite, and the food they serve is really good. The property is located in the lap of nature, offering a serene mountain view from the balcony — perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. We stayed here for 2 days and had a really good experience. The pool area is also clean and well-maintained.

Room and Restaurant : The buffet breakfast food options were limited — not many varieties — but the food that was provided tasted good . Someone entered and cleaned the room while we were out, which was unexpected and disappointed. But on the positive side, the room was spacious, had a lovely view , and the balcony added to the experience❤️❤️. I really thank the hotel management for that. Also, whenever I called the reception to ask for water, they arranged it very quickly, and everyone working in the restaurant was kind and served us well. Overall, the room was good. Cab : The cab was fine and comfortable for our travel. Driver : We expected a local driver who would show us around with more excitement and help us explore Kerala specials, but that didn’t quite happen. I’m not sure if it was because of the rain⛈️ or his health. I had to personally ask him to stop at shops like the tea powder store. But to be honest, he was a calm, understanding, and genuinely good person and he drove very safely, and throughout the trip, we felt secure😇- which we truly appreciated.
