I booked a total of 5 nights. Perfect walk score to the mall. Park ground a few steps from the hotel. A bit of an eye sore with the dilapidated housing right next to the hotel. So the views were not perfect. The staff were attentive. I did complain about my original room. I had noise issue the first night. It appears to be structural as the water pipes seem very loud in my room (from anyone using it). I asked to be transferred. I was told they had full occupancy for another week and that they will transfer me to a better room. I was given a walk-thru with 3 other rooms as an alternative. I asked for a King size bed for my partner and I. They said there was none available, so they offered to join the twin beds instead. - they forgot to join the beds and I ended up doing it. No big deal. Best breakfast buffet. The ube champorado was my favorite.

I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. The lobby and breakfast areas looked great, and breakfast itself had a decent selection. That said, getting eggs made to order took forever, and oddly, anything other than basic filter coffee came with an extra charge — not exactly what you’d expect. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to first impressions. The room was pretty basic, and every night I had issues with noise coming through an adjoining door to the next room. There was a nice view, but the windows were so dirty it was hard to enjoy it. Service in the lobby was poor — staff rarely came over, and even when I asked for a menu, they’d drop one off and never come back. On top of that, I noticed some questionable hygiene when a member of the bar staff used the toilet at the same time as me and didn’t wash their hands. All in all, not somewhere I’d return to.

This was my first time staying at Brittany Hotel BGC, located in Taguig City, and it came recommended by a friend. I found a very reasonable rate on Agoda—just SGD 280 for a 2-night stay—so I decided to give it a try. For the price, it was definitely good value. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated across SM Aura and close to many places in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), which was ideal since most of my errands were in the area. The lobby and reception area are nicely done—modern interiors with lots of indoor plants, and there's a cozy café on-site. Check-in and checkout were both fast and hassle-free. The staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, especially considering the affordable rate. I appreciated the fresh linens, well-kept bathroom, complimentary bottled water, and full toiletries. The room also included standard amenities like a TV, mini fridge, and in-room safe. One notable detail was the view from my window: on one side, the peaceful Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, and on the other, a densely packed informal settlement just outside the glitz of BGC. This contrast is quite common in Metro Manila—where upscale developments often sit right beside underprivileged communities—which adds a layer of realism and complexity to the area’s character. The hotel features several dining outlets. I had breakfast at "Tea 4 Two" café. The staff were warm, but the salad I ordered was quite average. The coffee was okay, though the loud mechanical noise from a nearby escalator made it hard to enjoy a relaxing meal. Their fitness center was spacious and had basic equipment, and it wasn’t crowded. However, it lacked ambiance and had no air-conditioning during my visit, which made it uncomfortable to use—probably the least inviting hotel gym I've seen so far. The elevator system was a bit confusing at first; perhaps it's just a matter of getting used to the layout. The air-conditioning in the room was also quite noisy, which made it hard to sleep—I ended up turning it off at night. Overall, it was a decent stay and fair for the price I paid. I wasn’t expecting luxury at this rate, so I can’t be too critical. Still, I believe the hotel has great potential if they improve a few things: the air-conditioning, gym facilities, and noise control in the café. With its prime location and welcoming staff, it could easily stand out more in the BGC hotel scene.
