Broadfield Park Hotel Rochdale

Lovely old building, plenty of parking, nice breakfast. Room was a good size and clean. Staff are helpful and welcoming. However the standard room was very tired looking and the facilities are basic

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at the Broadfield Hotel in Rochdale and unfortunately, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was tired and outdated, with worn furnishings and a generally neglected feel. Cleanliness was a serious issue — the bathroom had mold around the tiles, and I spotted silverfish bugs crawling along the floor, which was honestly disgusting and completely unacceptable. The general atmosphere of the place felt more rundown than “historic.” Noise from the the creaky corridors disturbed me constantly whilst the bed had springswhich felt broken and stuck in by back with flat pillows. Staff seemed indifferent at best, with little effort made to ensure a welcoming or helpful experience. It felt like guests were more of an afterthought than a priority. For what they charge, you'd expect far better. There are much cleaner, quieter, and friendlier places to stay in the area. I won’t be returning — and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised so dont be fooled into thinking that’s what your getting!! I think the pictures of rooms are from an entirely different hotel!! The whole building stinks of damp and mould and the bed bugs and cockroaches will keep you awake all night crawling all over you !!! TV not working , smashed windows and filth everywhere!! The place is an absolute disgrace and should be shutdown!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you !!!
