Life savers! We had a tent disaster at the camp sight down the road and had to book the eagle lodge last minute on the evening we were staying. They were super helpful and understanding. Nice clean and modern interior, with plenty of amenities (oven, microwave AND a washing machine!). Would recommend!
Came with family incl 2 young kids and 2 elderly parents. It was well stocked, perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Kids had alot of fun on the sofa bed.
I would give a 4-star rating if it weren’t for the fact we woke up to water pooling on the floor in multiple places and soaking some of our belongings. When we arrived, the floors weee dry, however they were all very warped and noisy when walked on. I had no idea it was an ongoing issue until we woke to rain and wet floors. When I emailed to let the hosts know, I received an email stating they didn’t know about it and no offer to compensate us with a reduced rate. This water issue is definitely an ongoing issue based on the water damage evidence on the floor. I feel for the owners as they have a serious issue with the building, however based on the response and failure to warn us, I feel compelled to warn others. We were in Talisker cabin.
