Broadwater Mariner Resort

We stayed the night here to break up our trip from Perth to Exmouth. We chose the most northern accommodation that had availability (and a big bed). The apartment was really lovely, a good size and the pool area looked nice. We didn't get a chance to use it as we arrived late and then left quite early the next morning. The man who checked us in was lovely, too. I also liked that each unit has their own marked bay and a security gate to enter and exit the complex. It felt safe, and I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation we stayed in has seen better days. It was a little more run down than I had expected. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, but not the consumables like al-foil you need for the oven. The tap was hanging onto the counter top by a thread and the bin was falling apart. Aside from that, the reception staff was friendly, the amenities were well maintained. The resort is right by the beach. The restaurant was convenient and delicious, staffed by helpful and friendly locals.

This resort was beautiful and clean, right in the city and a few steps from the beach. Staff was very lovely and helpful. They is a nice pool, a spa and BBQ right next to the pool. BBQ was very clean and cleaning materials are provided to clean after yourself. Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was a dirty champagne glass. Would happy stay there again. Was really happy that we were provided a fresh bathmat and hand towel for each day we stayed. We were also impressed that the washing machine came with washing powder free unlike most places were you have to purchase washing powder.
