Broadwater Paradise

Joanne was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We had a few enquiries leading up to our stay, and she was able to respond quickly and accommodate our enquiries. From check in to check out was very simple and user friendly. My daughters Teddy got left behind and they held him until we could get down to pick him up. Location is great with a playground about 600 metres away, the views are phenomenal and the rooms are spacious . We will be back

We stayed four nights at Broadwater Shores and our stay was amazing!! The unit we stayed in was so beautifully decorated with everything we needed. I felt instantly relaxed walking in and the view was just sublime. Absolutely fantastic helpful service from the building managers, thank you. It was very close to a number of shopping areas and cafes/restaurants. Onsite secured parking was such a bonus. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This place has so much potential but the lack of attention to detail really fails this place. Old and extremely ran down, in dire need of some upgrading. The apartment was huge however was horribly presented, the linen was dirty/soiled and there was dirt and rubbish left in the rooms. Photos show just some of how it was presented. The bedroom light didn’t even work and the windows were not sealed very well meaning the wind noise was very extreme and was continuously blowing a cold gust in the room from all angles. Room curtains were broken allowing a lot of light in the rooms. Noise level was very very high from above apartments and neighbouring.. there was someone vacuuming the hallway at 6.45am! In a quieter part of town with less foot traffic but probably a bit too far out from the main cities as it took 30 minutes to drive to dinner due to the extreme traffic levels. I think if this room had have been presented in a nicer way our stay would have been somewhat more pleasant but this is not worth the visit with comparable hotels.
