Amazing Family Stay – Great Location, Great Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel as a family of five. Our suite was spacious, stylish, and had an unforgettable view of the Empire State Building — a true New York City highlight! The location was perfect — walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel felt calm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the outstanding service. Anthony, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He helped us arrange transportation to the airport and was always available with a friendly smile and helpful advice. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff — they were incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless during our stay. The price was very reasonable for a suite of this size, in such a central location. We were truly impressed and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting NYC!

I stayed here for a couple of nights and honestly, it was worth every penny. I had one of the newly renovated rooms with a private terrace, and the view was absolutely stunning. Seeing the Empire State Building at all hours of the day was truly unforgettable. The room felt modern, clean, and luxurious. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed. I appreciated the complimentary snacks, the Nespresso machine, and all the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproof windows made the space feel peaceful despite being in the middle of Manhattan. The staff was warm and helpful. One rainy day, they even went the extra mile to find me an umbrella so l wouldn't get wet. I also appreciated the hotel manager checking in with me personally during the stay, which added a nice personal touch. The location is fantastic. It's a safe and central area, surrounded by great places to eat, drink, and shop. I barely needed to leave the neighborhood. I truly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and memorable stay in New York City.

We had an excellent stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. 5 star all the way. Staff goes over the top to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were very clean. Scott Walker the manager is top-notch. We stayed on the top floor with the balcony and great views. Would definitely stay there again.
