Wonderful short break. We received a professional and warm welcome (thank you Dan) and enjoyed a delightful stay. Staff were exceptional throughout; our dinner was excellent with a good wine list. Room was well appointed with nice touches like fruit and sweet treats on arrival; all was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely experience with cheerful and attentive staff and with a good menu choice - totally delicious. We very much want to come back!
Visited for afternoon tea only. Was looked after very well. Food and service was good and prompt. Would certainly recommend to others
Very dissapointing visit, the foods was bland lacking creativity and very boring! The service was lacking personality and a lack of engagement with the customer apart from hello and goodbye. Such a shame as the venue is beautiful. Been a few times before but I fear this will be our last.
