Broncemar Beach Suites

The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic and really made the holiday for my children. They loved the songs and the dances. Food was ok, something different every day. Snack bar wasn't great compared to other AI hotels. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and the beach. China shop on the corner sell anything you could possibly need. The pools are big and there were plenty of loungers for everyone. I expect it does get very busy in summer though. The baby pool was very small and was always busy, so we sometimes had to take our children in the big pool and wait until it had quietened down to take them in there. The rooms were very spacious. We didn't like the sofa bed with our children being young, so we put the mattress and the big sofa cushion in the bedroom at the side of the bed and pushed the bed against the wall. There was still plenty of space to walk around and get changed etc. Definitely recommend the hotel

Recently returned back to the resort a year later. Second time round on all inclusive was very different, first of all the food was horrendous. Breakfast is the only part I ate and spent money eating out most nights as it was all just the same food each night Cleaning is non existent think in the whole week our apartment was cleaned once. There was bird poo all over the balcony and still there on the final day of checkout. Certain staff I found very rude when wanting drinks. Only positives is location is brilliant to near by beach and shops. Good think about the hotel is theres plenty of sun lounges and your not fighting over them Reception staff are lovely very welcoming and friendly. The young lady with glasses and short hair was amazing with our little boy.

The hotel it’s self is nice and clean but not a 4 star. The food is the same everyday and what you have for lunch you will have for dinner. The end of the holiday I was sick of the food and heard quite a few people complain. The snack bar was Not great as all the (hot) dogs and burgers were stone cold. We had a big problem with the showers where they was not working and when they did start working the would burn you or freeze you. We was here a week and our bed was not changed once! It says room clean 5 times a week but the cleaner came in and changed the towels and that’s it . Not great.
