Ola the lady on reception is the kindest , loveliest person. This is our second stay at the hotel and when we arrived my husband said oh it’s the same lovely lady on reception . She made us feel very special . So helpful and informative and went out of her way make our stay special . She is a credit to you. Other staff were also very pleasant and seemed happy their jobs . Room lovely , thank you soooo much for the upgrade in room for our anniversary and the extra treat at dinner. This is why we come back to this hotel

Couple of hours in spa and afternoon cream tea. We was here for my birthday. I definitely recommend the spa now. Before the renovations, could share the sauna or steam with my husband. All nice and lovely now. We will return

Stayed at Brooklands recently and overall had a lovely time. The hotel itself is really nice, rooms are a great size, clean, and comfortable. The food was honestly a standout. Genuinely impressed with every meal we had, from dinner to breakfast. The only letdown for me was the spa. When we went, it felt quite busy and a bit underwhelming. It’s one of those setups where things are quite spread out, so it gives the illusion there’s a lot on offer, but in reality, there isn’t that much. The outdoor jacuzzi is definitely the highlight, but it’s quite small. We were in there with one other couple and if anyone else had joined, it would’ve felt crowded fast. They also have a salt room, but it felt like a regular room with chairs, didn’t have that proper salt-room feel I’ve experienced elsewhere. There’s also a room that mimics sunlight and produces vitamin D, which is a great idea, but only one was working when we visited, and that was already in use. Couple of small niggles in the room too, no body lotion, which was odd. Even budget hotels usually have a pump or small bottle. And if you forget your toothbrush, you’ll need to buy one for £3 at reception, which feels a bit tight given the standard of the hotel.
