Brown Beach House by Brown Hotels

Amazing weekend stay! Clean rooms, perfect location—just steps from the beach and all the best nightlife and attractions. Highly recommended for a Tel Aviv getaway.

This place is run down, not cared for properly and the manager has a terrible attitude. First room had no proper windows, second room we stayed one night and then moved to a different hotel. It's right on the main road so lots of traffic. There is no soundproofing. People hooting their horns until late at night and then start again early in the morning. We had no hot water in the room. The windows were really dirty, the hotel generally needs a big refurbishment. Despite the sign in the lobby there is no bar. Breakfast was nice but had to pay for a sparking water despite this being given free in the room....strange. It's well located, close to the beach. When we told them we wanted to check out 2 nights early as we had booked alternative accommodation the receptionist was apologetic and tried to seek an alternative offering us another room etc. The manager could not have cared less and just shrugged. There are better hotels in Tel Aviv.

i do NOT recommend. check in wasn't pleasant. The parking access is inconvenient Breakfast was the worst i have ever had in Israel. small plates with not appetizing food served with old bread , the milk expired 3 days ago. there is no buffet but a menu with few options (where you can choose only 1, include the desert) i will never ever visit that hotel.
