It’s the best hotel in TLV☀️ Located by the sea, very well managed with a kind staff, beautiful sunroof with hot-tubs, and even a business lounge that we enjoyed to work a little bit. They even welcome you with a glass of bubbles🥂. And it’s a pet friendly hotel, that’s nice & very important🐶. Rooms are very clean, you can notice a staff managers are checking the quality of cleanness everywhere. Really a lot of people working around to make your stay comfortable - that was feeling during the stay. And lastly- do yourself a favor, take a room with breakfast that served in the restaurant on the ground floor - there’s a lot a choice of food and very tasty🤤(& also very well managed). I think that managers deserve a big applause 👏 out there. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back soon💞
Gorgeous and marvellous hotel, in this beautiful place Tel Aviv! Everything so perfect, since the breakfast waiters and attendants to the lovely girls at the reception, always so helpful, sweet and kind. Specially thanks to Yahel and Rebecca, you are so cute, and you deserve all the best and all the recognition from this unforgettable stablishment. Thanks for everything. As you could see in my profile, I usually give good rates and reviews but sadly this wasn’t the case! I’ve to mention that we came under the recommendation of a friend that loves the Brown chain. - Staff & service. The worst part. In general it was bad and rude, they don’t even say hello.. (except for Mr. Alon) and everything takes too long. We checked in on a Friday night and paid immediately in cash - we were 3 days asking for the change everyday and the end we received but in a bad mood. Tour info. They give you a paper with the tours they offer but they don’t even explain you the different options you have! It would be better if they knew with more detail what they are selling. We asked for an extra pillow. Again, we had to do it 3 times. Bicycles. They offer “free bicycles” but they never have the keys of the locks.. - Room. When we arrived to the room, there was no toilet paper. The same, we had to call twice and wait +30’ for someone to come to the room. The shower had a problem that flooded the whole bathroom (they knew this so I don’t know why they still give this room to guests) because of this, the next day they changed us to another room that was good! The night before leaving, there was an electric problem and the air conditioning stopped working and emergency lights turned on at 4am. Air conditioning didn’t work until late morning. BTW, I think is important to mention that the hotel has a few floors of an office building, this was a bit weird. I’m very sorry to write this but I’d love to have this info before booking. I know how difficult is having a business but we gave a lot of opportunities and there were a lot of problems through the days we stayed and staff was always rude and did not give a good service. P.D. Actually all my reviews of this trip are a “5”.
