Check in takes quite a long time for some reason, which can be frustrating. Unfortunately, there’s not much to do here, it gets boring quickly. The pools are enjoyable, but beyond that, the entertainment and activity options are nonexistent. The sheets and towels have an odd smell, almost as if they were washed without proper detergent. As for the rooms, my main complaints are that the air cooler doesn’t work very well if it's really hot outside, and there’s no main overhead light, which makes the room feel dim. The worst part however, is the shower - it has a fabric bath curtain instead of a glass or plastic divider, which I found extremely disgusting. Another weird thing is that sometimes the water temperature would suddenly go boiling if youre mid shower and it's an horrible experience, one time I couldn't get any cold water at all? In the sink, shower, and I couldn't flush the toilet as well when it happened. Also the soap and shampoo you get are VERY small so you better just bring your own. On the bright side, the food is okay —I enjoyed it. The desserts are also nicely presented and pretty cute:) But the food is repetitive each day. Also - sometimes there's very loud music that reach the rooms when you try to sleep I'm not sure where it comes from, but somwhere inside the hotel. That said, the Thai staff are genuinely lovely and very kind:)

Great location, but not ideal for couples seeking quiet best feature is its prime location near the Dead Sea. The room was clean but clearly in need of better maintenance. The pool area is noisy, with loud music and lots of children — not suited for a relaxing couple’s getaway. Breakfast was nice and typical of Israeli hotels, but dinner was disappointing dry meat and limited options. Overall, fine for families, but not recommended if you’re looking for peace and quiet

Lame and old rooms. The receptionists had a terrible attitude. Loud eastern music at the pool even from 7am and it was full of Arsim Very average food and kn the breakfast, there was a proper Coffee station but the bartender had no idea how to make a good coffee... Not recommended at all!
