Great hotel in a very central location. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but very nice. Food and drinks are good quality and value for money. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was friendly and welcoming. They gave me an upgrade to a bigger room and a tasty welcome drink at the beautiful bar area. The room was spotless and very chic. The bed comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Lisbon. This is the second of the Browns hotel I’ve stayed in so I may try out the third one. Highly recommend!
Great hotel, nice and clean. Some of the staff wasn't super easy going. Wouldn't let us sit on the patio while eating other restaurants foods and drink our own wine in the hotels areas, not a deal breaker but would have been nice since we were staying at the hotel. Other than that the hotel staff was great
