Brown's Hotel a Rocco Forte Hotel

I visited Brown’s Hotel in Green Park for the day and had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm reception and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Olga, who wasn’t there on the day but was incredibly helpful and efficient during the booking process—her professionalism really stood out. Hannah was equally lovely in person and made sure I felt well looked after. The spa area was absolutely immaculate—calm, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The therapists, Sabrina and Sylvia, were ultra-professional, accommodating, and made the experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea, which was absolutely delicious, with fabulous service to match. Later, I stopped by the cocktail bar, where the drinks were refreshing, creative, and expertly made. Even though it was just a day visit, every element of my time at Brown’s was exceptional. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in the heart of London.

I had a wonderful afternoon tea at Browns on Saturday with three friends. The room was beautifully set, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was exceptional—Akshay, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a mix of sandwiches from both menus, which I really appreciated. I was especially impressed by the staff’s knowledge of the wide variety of teas available. Every item we tried was delicious, but the sandwiches truly stood out—they might just be my favourite of all the afternoon teas I’ve had in London!

Had a wonderful afternoon tea with my sister during our trip to London in the spring. The room is gorgeous with a live pianist, and the selection of teas was amazing! There was even the option to change the tea you were having, which was very nice. The sandwiches were extremely tasty, and they even offered another round. The scones, jam, clotted cream, and desserts were also so cute and tasty, and as a surprise treat they brought out an additional slice of cake. Wonderful service (thank you, Lefter!), a comprehensive selection of teas and finger foods, and a lovely atmosphere. Very happy to have opted for Brown's.
