I would of given a five star rating if it wasn't for a few things. First one is not being able to pick up the keys until 5pm and check out at 9am, apparently it was due to covid and it needed a deep clean. It was tidy when we got here but not deep cleaned. So unfortunately we feel we have lost a day of our holiday. The shower in the en-suite doesn't work properly the temperature doesn't stay it goes hot and cold so wasn't able to use it. Fortunately we where able to use the main bathroom shower.
