Brunelleschi Hotel

Perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The location is outrageously central. The building itself features a 6th century stone tower tourists flock to photograph, which now houses a two star michelin restaurant. Service was impeccable - we forgot our hat - they mailed it to California FOR FREE. Every staff member was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful, great beds, linens - what more could you ask? The family room setup was particularly rare and amazing for our group of five. Thank you!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Florence. The location of the hotel is perfect. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and customer focused. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Any issue that we had was immediately solved. The breakfast at the hotel was very delicious. My 3 year old is a very picky eater and she was all about the pancakes. The hotel was stress free and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is not only beautiful, but the staff that work there make you feel at home. The service from the doorman (Umberto) who was incredibly helpful from the moment we got out of the taxi, to the housekeepers, and restaurant staff. Cosimo (sp?) also extremely helpful answering and recommending dinner places to eat. The hotel is centrally located which allows you to walk to the major sites. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, especially since our window overlooked one of the main shopping streets. Surprisingly quiet. The included breakfast is out of this world with lots of choices and not your normal continental breakfast. They all really pay attention to all details in this hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely revisit.
