Brunet The Dolomites Resort

Such a lovely hotel! We booked a bigger room that has not yet been renovated so it still had that traditional alpine style, ample space for a couple with a young child. I loved the design around the lobby/reception area. Unfortunately we couldn’t use most of the facilities (as we had some events to attend) such as the spa and the kids club but will definitely come back to fully enjoy the hotel. Absolutely kid friendly hotel and staff, literally everything available for little ones.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel truly welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a perfect getaway.

We booked a room in this hotel from March 3 to 4, we wanted to celebrate a birthday. We booked the most expensive room of 25 square meters. Upon arrival, we were placed in a very small room, probably 16 square meters, and also near the elevator and stairs. We were not satisfied with this, but for some reason the owners of the hotel very stupidly claimed that this room was 25 meters in size, although this is obviously not true and can be measured at all. They did nothing to resolve the issue. As a result, while we were trying to get the room we booked, we were unable to get into the Spa complex and have dinner. And in the end, they wrote off money from us for a large room, for the Spa, which we did not use, although we sat in a very small noisy room. Our entire vacation and mood were ruined. The family that owns this hotel are very greedy and impudent people. I was left with a disgusting feeling
