This was our first trip exploring Tulsa. We stayed there j the middle of the week in the summer. Upon booking, the staff were above par with communications and even helped me navigate one of our activities. Text response for early check in was nice. Entering the hotel, you are greeted with a beautiful hotel scent and a plethora of life plants. I happened to be there when the staff was trimming them and was given my choice of cuttings! ❤️ The option of adding a rolling cart vinyl station is a neat add on. Our room was better than we anticipated! Phenomenal job design team! The beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean. We had happy hour appetizers at Soma, the rooftop restaurant. Beautiful views and ambiance! We did not utilize the pool. It was 100 degrees and would have been nice, but it was a little too crowded for us. Really nice set up though. Being new to touring Tulsa, we found that all the things we wanted to do were within close proximity. The Brut does have a free shuttle that will take you to areas within a 3 miles radius. Nice service addition!
We stayed here recently after doing the resort pass a couple months ago. The location is perfect and the view from our eighth floor room at sunset and in the morning watching storms was well worth the price. Staff- Casey and Sydney really assisted our trip- Casey helping us get an early check in so we could enjoy the pool and Sydney at the pool bar. Sydney served us last visit and was the same friendly person although she was busy she took time to ensure we had all our ordered items. Please make sure the staff knows our appreciation My suggestion would be on the pet fee- if the room is left with no pet issues- return the pet fee. Seems steep to charge a $75 fee and there was absolutely no way to know a pooch had been in the room.
The hotel is very pretty and we stayed in a suite that had a second room with bunk beds in it. Really awesome setup! Kids loved it. And the layout of the suite was very well thought out… I like to escape in the morning to workout or get some coffee without disturbing the rest of the family. The reason for only three stars is that the hotel is very loud, even at night time. You can hear every door in the hotel opening and closing people walking down the halls etc. Also, the aromatics in the room were really overwhelming. My clothes smelled like it and I started getting a little headache from it. I would probably stay here again because the layout is so awesome, I would just be more prepared for it next time.
