We booked both the cottage and house, they are both beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and there is a very nice sitting area in the garden. We did not have children with us but there is a very good well made play area. We were able to do several walks from there without using the cars, which was a bonus. We would go back in the future.

We holidayed here at the end of August at an Airbnb house. The view from the house was glorious, even with a part of the A5 running past it. There is a small waterfall across the road and a lovely babbling river. You can hear the water all the time, I used to listen to it and the owls while going to sleep. The place is easy to get to and plenty of off road parking. It's fairly central for many amenities, pub and shop. Then a short drive to lots of places in north Wales. There is a small camp site by the river and a guest house next door to the Airbnb. I would recommend this destination for anyone who either wants to get away from it all or so as much as they want. We went with my daughter, her husband and two granddaughters. We all had a wonderful time😊

Really nice holiday cottage and I feel a bit stingy not giving full 5 stars. The loss of star is due two things Very close to main road so can get noisy unless you use earplugs They're are 3 ovens in the fabulous kitchen but no dishwasher If this is rectified I would definitely give this 5 stars and I think it would be an easy fix Great location the cottage is kitted out very well and is dog friendly I deal for two families If a dishwasher is installed I would book again. If there EV charging point could be added that would be better still but I wouldn't dock a star if not
