BSA Hotel Holiday Park

Bit quiet this time of year, but very enjoyable stay. Staff are very nice, and helpful to us who speak no Bulgarian.

The hotel looks very nice. Food was sometimes bland, sometimes good, and sometimes too strong. No daily cleaning of the rooms like other hotels. The room looks good but isn't good. AC was missing a part. The springs inside the bed can be felt. The shower was dirty. The flush button was hard to press down. The hairdryer was weak and loud. The keyhole to the door of the hotel room is weirdly placed, and if unlucky, you may experience discomfort trying to turn the key. Staff is nice and would even give you food when you arrive at the time when the restaurant isn't open (I arrived at around 2 am). Tho, the food was bland, but at least they cared so you wouldn't go hungry while waiting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don't expect it to be warm.

Pure scam. Just arrived there This is a 2 stars hotel, sold as a 4 stars. Old and tired facilities, smell of mold everywhere, a terrace that is more like a sauna. Insufficient parking places which force you to block at least 3 cars when parking. Moreover, it is very far from the beach. It could probably compete for the title of the worst hotel in Golden Sands. If you do not want to ruin your holiday (as I did...), do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
