Biggest USP of this place is its proximity to Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple. It is a functional place with all basic necessities for those visiting the temple. I always found the rooms to be clean and sheets fresh.

Value for money is the one string description. Very close to temple. Normal service. Unmatchable rates with hotels around. Just go for it !! Gopuram visible from 2nd floor.

Worst customer service. Deserves zero stars. As soon as we entered, we were asked to pay the full amount of 1400. We reached late night but were asked to leave the next morning though it's written on the board that the amount is for 24 hrs. The rooms had dirty bedspreads. I don't think it was changed. No towels or soaps were provided despite paying a huge amount. Very old bed cots and the ac made a noise. No view from the windows. You can only see the pathway or the opposite room. No proper ventilation. I really didn't like the way that the service people talked, we waited almost 15 minutes to get the bill written down. The woman also asked for extra cash for cleaning the room which I denied stating that nothing was changed the previous day, to which she started shouting and talking as to that it's the best place to stay in Sri rangam and that I don't know the worth of it. I feel that this place is really close to the temple and they are simply using it as a means to steal money out of people in broad daylight.
