All good except 1. Housekeeping should do a proper job. The glass shelf above the bar was covered in a layer of dust, we had to wipe it down. 2. Water pressure in shower needs to be regulated. 1 minute ok next 3 4 minutes low then back to normal then low again.

We came in a group. Each of us experience different faults that this hotel gave to us. The Mgmt of the hotel was quite inefficient in handling the registrations. Some rooms have faulty sensors, unmade bed, shower but I m lucky. My room is ok..except the fridge kept leaking and not too cold. Though my room earlier had sensor problems it was fixed in lightning speeds by their technician. Staffs were friendly but sad I heard they dont provide bfast

The hotel is very run down. The breakfast is the same for the two days we stayed there. We didn't have towels until late night. Reason being laundry did not send in time. The first level is so dim and some of my friends got rooms with cobwebs. My room was changed from 1st floor due to strong smoking smell to 2nd floor. The 2nd floor, the ceiling has cracked paint peeling off and the washing was choked. I told the counter and was told it was repaired but still the same. The only consolation is there are nearby restaurant to cater to your taste bud if you are adventurous. Breakfast was better outside of hotel. The counter staff, Mike is very helpful but one man show, he needs to help to set up breakfast as well. Room was not clean the next day. Towel has stains and bed cover did not fully cover the whole bed.
