For a 3⭐️ hotel, this gets 4 stars. While websites listed as low as $33 a night, I ended up paying $46 each for 4 nights - They had disclaimers that this was the last few rooms. This hotel is clearly popular and I can see why. For the amount you're paying, the greatest value is truly space. With a queen size bed, your room is almost double of the space you have containing your bed, almost like a mini apartment. Main plus is service. Every day, 2 cleaning staff comes in to clean your room. They even help me with my strewn cloth🥴🥴🥴, and once when I panicked for a lost shirt, she came in and found it in the toilet. Truly remarkable and polite cleaning staff. A nice pool as well, nothing too fancy but good enough to laze the day away. Also have a gym and a play room (table tennis table) Some things I didn't like. Lights were very dim. They rely on natural lighting when curtain is pulled away. But the light in the room is very yellow, so its very dim. Also, I do detest the fact that check out is 11:00AM and check in is 3:00PM. Honestly a huge factor of consideration if you land early in Bangkok and want to check in early. Wifi is also fairly weak. TLDR, Pros : Great amenities, Spacious, Cleaning service Cons : Lighting, location, check in/check out timings, unreliable wifi

Stayed here for 4 nights in July, and the score is a reflection of the overall experience. We arrived late anyway, check in was smooth (1,000 THB deposit needed on check in), and a 24 hour convenience store seconds away is a great plus. The room was spacious, and a very comfy large bed. The pillow was a bit thin and only one per person, but I could've asked for another (my fault, I didnt). The housekeeping was excellent, everyday without fail, and despite no security box, I never felt that my possessions were at risk. Staff always helpful. The reason for the 3 stars- mostly due to the lack soundproofing and noise from other guests. The walls are relatively soundproof for adjoining neighbours but your room door has very poor soundproofing, hearing everything that goes on outside your room in the corridor. With this set-up, youre at the mercy of other guests and unfortunately our floor neighbours were not that thoughtful, shouting to each other at 3am, door slamming, chatting on corridors without lowering their voice. This was happening on most nights- as a result it wasn't that restful. I did complain to staff a couple of times, who were polite but what are they to do- once you've been woken up at 3am there's nothing else they can do. The location is ok, but its still a good walk to the nearest metro station.

- Huge language barrier, very hard to communicate in English. - no option for early check in. We have been in the hotel since 6 am. We asked if we could at least enjoy the swimming pool, but this was also denied. No empathy for customers. Temperatures are huge now days. Check in at 3 pm only and no exception. For people traveling from outside Asia, this is a huge downgrade. 3 pm is really late check in. Check out is at 11 am, but check in is at 3 pm. This hotel need 4 hour to clean one double bedroom.
