We checked out the 2 lodges for a family reunion. Lodge 1 sleeps 22, has 2 large rooms for hanging out, and 2 refrigerators. Lodge 2 sleeps 12, has a beautiful view with a porch with seating for 12, fireplace, barbecue, and cozy living room. Ir is also right next to the restaurant and motel (if food or more rooms or privacy are needed. The lodges are reasonably priced, and food is excellent, meals $15-$25, with large portions.
Was very good food , waitress had a bit of attitude both times I have been there if u don't like tour job leave it..
This off the trail resort was mediocre at best. Rooms were clean but dingy. There is no air conditioning. It is not convenient for travel back and forth to Munising. The toilet was nearly under the sink. I am glad I am short. We did not try the restaurant.
