Best value compared to hotel great staff great security..place has a gym and sauna.After using Buckingham & Lloyd for the Christmas period, I can truly say the service is exceptional from start to finish. Our family's recent stay at Buckingham & Lloyds was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with unparalleled attentiveness and warmth that set the tone for our entire experience. First off, we were blown away by how clean everything was. We felt completely at ease knowing that everything was spotless and well-maintained. The accommodations were fantastic. Our room was not only spacious and comfortable but also had all the amenities we could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment for a week as a part of a family trip. The apartment was well maintained and very luxurious. The staff were very welcoming and helped us a lot with all our questions and requests. A daily housekeeping service was provided throughout our stay and the cleaning standards were excellent. We had a problem with the heater and they have fixed it immediately. The bed was very comfortable and soft, it felt like sleeping on the clouds. The towels and bathrobes provided were very clean and great quality, I really loved the waffle bathrobes! I wish I could get one of them. The location of the apartments is very convenient just 1 minute walk into the hyde park and 9 minutes walk to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries... etc. Overall it was an amazing stay we really enjoyed our time, the place and the services provided.
