Bucu View Resort

We had a perfect stay at The Bucu Hotel, which is centrally located in Ubud and close to many attractions. The Monkey Forest was just a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way to explore. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour laundry service with excellent turnaround and quality. The pool area is stunning—set against a lush jungle backdrop with a peaceful river running nearby, making it an ideal spot to relax whether you're a couple, solo traveler, or family. Wildlife lovers will appreciate the many animals visible in the canopy just outside the hotel. Our room was luxurious, with a soft, comfortable bed and a bathroom that combined indoor amenities with an outdoor-inspired design. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

We overall had a nice experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated in terms of decor. The biggest downside was the water in the pools—both the shared pool and our private one were really cold, which made it hard to enjoy swimming. Another thing to note is that we had quite a few unexpected visitors like lizards and frogs around our private pool, but that’s to be expected since the hotel is surrounded by nature and feels like you’re in the jungle. On the positive side, the hotel offers great value for money. Meals were affordable, the laundry service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a natural setting with friendly staff, but be prepared for chilly pools and a few jungle visitors!

Absolutely incredible experience at Bucu View Ubud-Bali Everything was amazing from start to finish. The room was spotless, perfectly organized, and the entire place smells wonderful — such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every single person working here is extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. Their service goes above and beyond — they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The massages were also incredible — professional, relaxing, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, great value, and the best service ever — this is it. Truly unforgettable!
