Budgetel Inn Wilmington

They were amazing! I can't tell you enough about them. We were there a week, every day waiting on our realtor. At check-out time every day, they were patient and supportive, did not pressure us to leave. We were able to find our new home! Our beds were cozy, the room was clean, housekeepers were kind, the office staff was caring and went above customer service. Yes, the building is going through renovations, but not once were we disturbed by it. The pool is beautiful, the laundry is updated with nice machines and plenty of spacious parking. Great location in the center of town!

Not the cleanest place, but decent enough. No cockroaches or anything. The bathroom could use a little work. Housecleaning didn't come by much at all during my stay, only came to make the bed once and barely gave us any fresh towels. But considering the decent price and all, it was a nice stay. And the pool was nice!

After reading some of the reviews after I booked, I was a little nervous. But when we walked in the room, it wasn't too bad. Got a great deal on the room on labor day weekend. Reservations help. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. If this place served breakfast or at least coffee, I would give it more stars. But all in all, it wasn't a bad place to stay.
