Buena Vista Suites Orlando

Buena Vista resort was absolutely amazing for my family of 4. The Buena Vista staff were so nice upon arrival. The rooms were clean and very spacious! My 5 and 7 year old were able to be in the sitting room (the bed pulled out) and my husband and I had the bedroom. The rooms were separated by the restroom. They also have a complimentary breakfast every morning. Also, I have to give a shot out to Mrs.Tammy (Hopefully, I am spelling it right). She was apart of the breakfast crew and so nice and delightful! My son turned 5 and she and the crew sang happy birthday and brought him out a brownie with a candle! I would recommend this hotel 100%

Must stay here! As soon as you walk in you smell clean. I’m a clean freak and sensitive to smells and I can tell you it’s very clean. The rooms are spacious.you have an option to have your linens change every day or every 3 days we stayed for 3 days and even tho we didn’t request new ones(environment friendly) beds were always done and everything was restocked. The breakfast is good but the service you will receive by TEMEE will be top notch. As you walk into breakfast room she greets you and offers assistance. She would pick up plates for you, I needed a microwave downstairs and she offered to warm up my daughter’s food so I didn’t have to leave. She was awesome. The only thing is that we had to wait on the pancake maker. Very clean and family oriented.

The hotel is clean and located close to all the theme parks, which is convenient. They offer a shuttle service to Disney, but you must reserve it in advance. It fills up quickly and doesn’t run very frequently. A serious issue occurred during our stay: one evening we returned to find that housekeeping had left our room door open. We had been gone the entire day, and the door had been unlocked the whole time. When we reported it to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and didn’t seem to understand why we were upset, simply noting that “nothing was stolen.” This made us feel very unsafe. It’s troubling to think how easily something valuable could have been taken. We emailed the hotel manager about the incident, but we never received a response. If you choose to stay here, make sure to lock all valuables in the safe. Personally, I would not return and recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a more secure and responsive place to stay.
