Aguinaldo is so cheerful every morning, with an amazing attitude, while providing excellent service. In the evening, Evandro is super well mannered, extremely helpful, and very friendly.

All hotel staff had very positive energies and were very welcoming. Front desk staff even spoke English which was delightlfully unexpected . Beautiful lighting inside. Parking conveniently located in the adjacent building. Few minutes away from the airport by car and a few blocks away from Boa Viagem beach by on foot. Will definitely return on another trip to Recife! 5/5 stars!!

PROS: The customer service is very good and staff are very kind and helpful. The swimming pool is nice to spend some time at and the gym has some basic machinery for training. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. CONS: The only major downside I would say is the noise isolation between rooms, as you can almost hear other peoples conversations or hear couples having fun if they are loud enough (which they usually are). - If you stay here, avoid the rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor facing the parking lot. They are darker in terms of natural light (especially the 1st floor) and have no view. Since they are facing a parking lot that is about 3-4 meter away from your window, you feel there isn't much privacy if you have your curtains open. However, general experience was good, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
