Nice situated near Kalamata in Messinia village. By the see, quiet place wit excellent half board and all inclusive package. The beach is clean, long and wide, not full even on the top of the season. Hotel stuff were great and on disposal throughout whole our holiday stay. One of the best was Panos, bar beach manager. The guy is unbelievable kind and also great remarks for hotel manager Vasilis. The hotel is every recommendation!
The rooms were really clean and everything was really nice. We felt really comfortable there. My 4-star rating is because the information we got on the reception was very poor. Either information was wrong or the ladies behind the counter did not know. Also in the All inclusive you do not get drinks at the beach bar. It would not have been an issue, except we asked there (at the bar) about the all inclusive list - and we got a list with cocktails - we ordered - and then we got a check. I think this was due to a language barrier - nevertheless not good in a hotel like this.
No private pool or beach facilities for hotel residents. It's open to public, an obvious decision as the hotel makes more money from non hotel residents. Definitely not worth paying 200 per night for a basic room with dated furniture and moderate cleaning without any beach perks for residents. Nevertheless, staff are really friendly and willing to assist.
