Bulvar Inn Hotel

Simple but cosy stay in Baku. Very good location, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15 mins walk to the old town. Staffs are nice and supportive. Room is cleaned up daily. Water pressure is quite weak and water is off couple times especially at night and early morning when we were taking shower or doing personal hygiene. Staff said this is city issue, not the hotel but probably avoid taking shower during these timing… We stayed at room 205 so wifi is very weak

This is a three star hotel. One extra star was given only due to extra friendliness and cooperation of the staff members. Readily responded to each and every need. I stayed in their suite room, for 8 nights which was quite spacious 50 square metres. It was an excellent experience actually better than some hotels on Nizami street in the same range. Reason being the locality. It’s not congested and the main boulevards are right nearby. You can easily take a 2 minute walk to the seaside. The fact that it’s behind their House of Parliament gives an extremely beautiful vibe whenever you come out of the hotel giving some splendid views (Pano attached). It’s so centrally located that you always get a taxi Uber bolt within a minute. Plus you get away really quickly compared to Nizami street and the area surrounding it because it’s usually jammed with traffic most part of the day. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right behind the hotel so there’s that and big plus point. Definitely going to stay there again on my next trip to Baku

They don’t even deserve 1 star, they stole my money. We booked to stay there and when we arrived the rooms were nothing like what we booked and there was mold on the walls. They agreed to refund us our money because we would not stay there but months later I am still waiting. They will not respond and booking.com also. So disappointed.
