From the moment we walked into Bungalow Tree Tops it felt like paradise. This place is definitely one of a kind. Maggy and her husband have created an amazing space to relax and enjoy your privacy. The owners and staff were more than accommodating, they do live on the property but we never once felt bothered by them. We choose to stay in the Beach Front Villa which was amazing, this unit had a microwave, mini fridge and AC, although we did not need to use it, instead we opened up all the windows and heard the waves every night and morning, it was amazing. The bungalows, surrounding palm trees and greenery are very beautiful. There are a couple cats and dogs that are rescues which my husband and I adored. The location is only a few minutes from the airport so on occasions you may hear and airplane or two, but it was something we barely noticed. There is a private access to the beach which is secluded. There are several on the beach restaurants nearby that you can walk to, but keep in mind they all close between 5 or 6. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Bungalow Tree Tops and we can’t wait to be back.

The grounds were beautiful. There are palm trees and other plants everywhere. The beach is nice and clean and the sound of the crashing waves is so relaxing! You shouldn't swim there as the waves are very strong and there are warnings about rip currents. The property has two pools if you need to cool off. There are several little huts with lounge chairs to spend your day. There is a small store with drinks and snacks a few minutes walk away which is super convenient. There are several restaurants right down the beach. And one of the sea turtle release organizations is a minute or two walk away. Make sure to check if they are doing releases while you are there. And the cute little kitties were nice to have around. The public transport (combi) does not run very often, it's every half hour. If you rely on that ask Maggy what the schedule is. There is a fence between the lounge chairs and the beach, so if you sit there you have to look through chain link to see the water. There are two chairs outside the fence with an umbrella which have a better view. The bungalows have ocean views, but its through a bunch of trees, so while you can see the water, you have to kind of squint.
