Bur Juman Arjaan by Rotana

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Apparently it was recently renovated. The common areas are very modern and tasteful. The breakfast was varied. The room was smallish as expected but comfortable and clean. The location is ideal near the metro between the old town and the modern malls. Joy/kai from the reception was very helpful and gave me late checkout.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was incredibly accommodating — they allowed me to check in early and provided access to my room right away. The lady at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The reception area has a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and smooth service. Highly recommend this place!

Clean and efficient services that remain consistent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the chefs are happy to make your favourite eggs. The staff truly are wonderful. The room layout is good and spacious enough. Walking distance to metro and very well located.
