We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The peaceful atmosphere, high level of cleanliness, and the warm, professional attitude of the staff made us feel completely comfortable and safe. Great room for the price. About a 10 minute walk to public transportation, but pretty short walk to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Need to call to check in to the hotel.

Rooms are not big at all compared to photos. Only knocked to clean room at 5pm day after arrival not been seen since until tonight he charged me 50 euro as I had wash off tan on sheets . It washes out perfectly. Load of rubbish they will come up clean . Room full of ants , toilet smells of sewage . No room to move around . Street is cobbly and very hilly and smells of shoe glue all day. In shabby location whoever wrote tram is right outside is lying it's a ten min walk . Waiting a call from booking.com as it appears many others have been scammed for money. I've been to Turkey 15 years and never experienced a charge for bedsheets. Happy 50th birthday me.... Had to buy toilet roll aswell... Where's this fabulous cleaner everyone reviews about? It's a one man band no one else here RESPONSE TO OWNER You are a vile person. Your hotel is awful . Wash the sheets and tell me a bit of tinted moisturizer doesn't come out . 50 euro for bed sheets is a scam I can buy 10 flat sheets in the UK for that . You're money hungry . Ants were in bathroom I do not lie grow up and accept bad reviews . Your responses are disgusting. I am well travelled I was a travel agent 16 years and worked on cruises and hotels where have you traveled? It appears from comments other people we re accused of staining sheets but of an old scam in Turkey
