We stayed in a room with pool access. Absolutely stunning. Big day bed on the deck and very private. Our room is awesome 👌 everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. Staff couldn't help us enough. Great location to patong beach and restaurants. Added bonus there's a 7eleven right next door. Perfect for a cold latte in the morning.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff? Super friendly and attentive. The rooms are bright and open, with a large balcony that includes a comfy sofa, a small table, and two chairs – very generous in size. The bathroom is spacious and comes with a proper rain shower. Housekeeping really pays attention to every detail – the room smells fresh, the bathroom gets cleaned until it shines, and all the toiletries are topped up daily. You even get two bottles of drinking water in the bathroom just for brushing your teeth. The minibar is restocked every day and is completely free – no hidden charges. And the bed? Insanely soft and comfortable. All in all: unbelievable.
We had a smooth check in and were greeted by friendly staff, which started things off positively. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room straight away. It looked different from the photos, especially the bedroom, which was a letdown – this was the final stop on our trip, and we had hoped to end on a high note. The bathroom was a decent size, but there was some mold in the grout, which wasn’t ideal. On the brighter side, the breakfast each morning was good, with variety. And the dining areas were nice. The pool area also looked nice, but we only used it once as many guests were smoking weed right outside their rooms and around the pool, which created an overwhelming and unpleasant smell. It also seemed like the swim-up pool bar was only open for happy hour – just one hour in the middle of the day – which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to enjoy it more throughout our stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom seemed like it needed a good clean – when it was on, we’d wake up with dry throats and noses, and felt pretty off overall. Staff were friendly throughout the stay, and we appreciated the daily restocking of the mini fridge and bottled water – a thoughtful touch. The location was also a plus – within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach, and Bangla Road. Overall, while there were a few positives, the stay was disappointing. If we hadn’t prepaid, we likely would’ve moved to a different accommodation. It was very average (particularly bedroom). We wouldn’t return or recommend it due to the poor room quality we experienced and uncomfortable environment outside (high use of weed from other guests) .
