Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and good service Had a wonderful stay

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I don't know how they received a 4-star rating. Everything smells odd and old. We were given a room with a swimming pool view from the balcony. The washroom was in really bad condition—really dirty, and the tap was broken. You could literally hear weird sounds in the toilet. We went in November when it was very cold, but the temperature in the room was too hot. Even though we turned off the heaters and turned on the AC, the temperature difference between the room and outside was significant. Definitely not recommended, especially if you want to stay with children. Breakfast and dinner were okay, but the staff in the dining area were really rude and unhappy; they don't even let you finish your food and are always in a hurry to pick up the plates. Definitely not stroller or wheelchair friendly. We had to carry our son's stroller up and down, even when we went to breakfast and dinner. I think all the good comments are paid for by the hotel.
