Burgu Arjaan by Rotana Istanbul Asia

Had an amazing stay and meals here while visiting with my sister. The staff took excellent care of us and catered to our every need. Also while having lunch we were served by Melis and she was very kind and patient with us despite the accent barriers, the food also came out quite quick and was still steaming and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend a great establishment

I stayed at this hotel in a package with a surgery I received. Everyone at this hotel is so helpful, friendly, and compassionate. I felt very comfortable here and really appreciated all the services the hotel provides. Laundry in room is a huge plus and their breakfast is phenomenal! House cleaning was thorough and thoughtful. Angga was always so nice on days I did not want the room cleaned by still provided the room with the necessities and making sure we were stocked. Very pleasant stay!

i had come to this hotel as a companion & stayed a week, such a great hotel with beautiful views. easy communication with staff & they are also very kind, eray was very kind, helpful with our bags & many more ! i didn’t quite catch the name of another worker that was very helpful as well but he worked in the restaurant & even helped me bring my food up to the room along with the many ice trips. overall amazing experience!!
