This is one of the best hotels , cleanliness, service, hospitality, the girl at the reception 10/10, the waitress 10/10, the atmosphere 10/10, view 1000/10 and the food 9/10, why 9 because I didn't like the burger a bit, but the desserts and carbonara are amazing. I even got treated two days in a row — dessert by the pool yesterday, and a free croissant today. Such thoughtful gestures really made my stay special.I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy a bit more time here — that’s how much I loved it.
My experience at Burj on bay was simply outstanding. As the groom, I had the privilege of celebrating our wedding ceremony at this venue, and everything exceeded our expectations. From the elegance of the setting and attention to detail, it was truly a flawless and unforgettable experience. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making our special day so perfect.
Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Language is an issue, paying with credit cards is an issue, they just decide to not make the room, the complimentary slippers are in a sealed bag and have a yellow stain, the bed sheets have a smell, etc. I'd imagine this is what a 3 star hotel is like. If you have any other options, go there...
