My stay along with my family members at Anantara downtown in Dubai was excellent. I would like to convey my special thanks to Mr Gagan at front desk reception for his extraordinary hospitality. He was very helpful, cordial and extended a lot of support to us during our stay there. Mr Danhsuh at Breakfast ( nine 7 one) was very helpful and cordial. The entire team during breakfast time is very friendly and found extra ordinary for all kind of services. I really felt extraordinary experience at this property and surely looking forward to stay here during my forthcoming visit. Thanks to all of you for all your support and extraordinary hospitality.

Stayed here for second time and again the whole experience was amazing. The service at this hotel is just next level. Particularly stand out were the restaurant staff at breakfast. There is a girl called May working there. Her service is just exceptional. She even remembered the coffee that I drink from five months ago when I was there last time. Her colleague Victory was also so helpful and they even brought me a small cake to wish me good luck on my travels on my last day. I’m lucky to have stayed in so many nice hotels around the world, many five star hotels, including Mandarin Oriental and four seasons many times. The service that I got from these two girls and generally everyone I interacted with at the hotel is some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. Rhea on reception was also really helpful when I checked in. I love that this hotel chain has a nod to the Thai heritage from the hotel group. There is something just so special about this place and I will always keep coming back here. The pool and gym are great as well, and the rooms are always immaculate.

I spent the day by the pool at Anantara Downtown Dubai, and I can honestly say it felt like stepping into a slower, softer rhythm — right in the middle of a city that rarely pauses. There was no noise, no rush, no need to think about anything. Just calm water, a gentle breeze, and a kind of attentive, quiet service that never felt rehearsed. What stood out most to me wasn’t just one thing — it was the combination. The food had real character; it wasn’t just tasty, it had depth and personality. Every dish felt considered, not generic. The drinks, too — served with care, not flash. It’s the kind of place where your drink arrives looking almost too pretty to touch, but ends up being exactly what you needed without asking. The space itself is thoughtfully designed — elegant without trying too hard. But more than aesthetics, it’s the energy that makes it memorable. Unpretentious, calm, quietly luxurious. No loud music. No crowds. Just a beautifully balanced atmosphere that makes you feel like the entire day was curated just for you. It’s not easy to create a place that feels this relaxed and still delivers so consistently — but Anantara Downtown does exactly that. It’s a rare kind of escape, and one I’ll absolutely return to, whenever I want the city to fade into the background for a while.
