Burlington Hotel Best Western Premier Collection

Been here a few times now when we are back in the UK. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and so clean. Staff are honestly hard working and certainly know about excellent customer service. The general manager loves our dog Daisy, she is obsessed with him. The best kept secret dog friendly hotel. All the staff are more than hard working, they make you feel so welcomed.

Beautiful hotel internally. Sadly parking is shocking, but you can pay to park on the street for £7.5 per day. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Lots of room to relax. Huge bath tub. Comfy bed. 20 minute walk to the harbour. Lovely weekend away.

Fantastic attentive staff ! I have recently stayed at the hotel with my elderly mother ( we went on a coach tour ) , the staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us , this included sorting the safe out because it wasn’t working , giving extra towels and non slip bath mats for my mum . From the room cleaners to the bar and restaurant staff they were all so helpful and are a credit to the company that owns the hotel . The room was lovely and clean , the food was great too . I would certainly stay again without hesitation. Thank you Burlington staff for making our stay so wonderful!!!!
