After a long day of travel delays, arriving late at Burnham Beeches Hotel felt daunting—but Daniel, who was on duty that night, changed everything. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and even arranged help with my heavy luggage, which I sincerely appreciated. The hotel itself is nestled in a beautiful, quiet location, perfect for unwinding. Service throughout was exceptional—from Daniel’s hospitality to the attentive gentleman managing F&B. Highly recommend this lovely property and its wonderful staff!
n gem, and from the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by Ali, the manager, who genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. From the start, he made sure we felt special and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. He even arranged a spa booking for us and kindly gave us a discount, just to make our day even more perfect. That level of thoughtfulness is something we’ve never experienced anywhere else. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The staff were absolutely lovely—every single one of them! You can tell they’re not just well-trained, but also genuinely passionate about giving guests a great experience. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely at home. As for the food at the restaurant—10 stars! Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ali, for making our anniversary so memorable. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be recommending this place to all our friends and family.
My partner and I went to the hotel for a wedding. 17th May. We were greeted by a less than welcoming gentleman on reception. There was only one gentleman on the bar which had massive queues. The bar was under stocked. There was no menu. The £200 room not worth £200. A bottle of water was £5 so we went to the local coop to buy some for bedtime/over night. Buffet breakfast was like warm and not representing a £200 room. Oh ordered a ploughmans ( when they had no menu ) ..can’t add photo but £13.95 for 3 bits of bread 3 tiny bits of cheese and some pickle…no butter no salad no pork pie/pickled onions etc …very poor. Morning staff were brilliant. We noted our concerns to the “manager”. Apologized and we did have the food taken off the £50 deposit you have to give. Sadly we wouldn’t return.
