Unbelievably delightful holiday apartments. I stumbled on this gem hidden in a piney forest by occurrence. It was a bull’s eye - a booking, flight ticket, suitcase and way to the Baltic seashore. I had a fully equipped grand-floor one-bedroom apartment no. 018 (including AC, TV and blazing fast Wi-Fi) with a kitchenette (an oven + dishwasher). An apartment had assigned an underground parking space. An excellent location. 20-minute walk to the seashore and a short way to the local shops. An undoubted advantage is the numerous forest recreation walking areas. Pet-friendly resort. You may take your four-legged friend. Bursztynowe Resort & SPA offers free access to the gym, swimming pool with jacuzzi, small salt therapy cave, Finnish sauna, steam room and the tepidarium. A laundry room is available as well (washing machines and dryers). I highly recommend the resort kitchen and restaurant - Restauracja Sztormowa - under Grzegorz Labuda, an excellent master chef and author of lip-smacking dishes and recipes from Kashubia, a region of northern Poland. I perfectly charged my body batteries at Bursztynowe Apartamenty during my long weekend, in April 2024. I give my top recommendations for Bursztynowe Resort & SPA in Stegna, Northern Pomerania, Poland.

High-class apartments equipped with a kitchen and appliances, air conditioning, a large terrace, and a large underground garage. (Our stay was with the owner, so I'm writing from that perspective.) The location is at the very end of Stegna, beyond which there's only forest. This place is definitely for adults seeking peace and quiet, although there's also a children's playroom in the middle of the complex. The only drawbacks are the very hard beds and, in my opinion, far too many mirrors in every room. You have to be prepared for a complete lack of reception, but there is Wi-Fi in the rooms. I can't rate the spa resort, as I wasn't interested. The staff is polite and helpful, but very poorly informed, answering most questions with "I don't know" (only the night shift security guard was really knowledgeable). However, the place has recently opened, and this will likely change.

Update 1: (Answering the points from hotel response) 1. We were not informed about the opening hours of the SPA zone hours, neither upon arrival nor on the booking. 2. That is not a spa zone, that’s a regular hotel to us. 3. Exactly why we didn’t say anything, cause you make fun of us instead of taking us seriously. 4. The apartment was dirty. 5. There was construction inside the Resort, some kind of drill. 6. We don’t know about that, didn’t talk to anyone as we wanted peace. Everything that’s written is 100 % the truth and the fact that you are making a ridiculous spectacle out of it shows your lack of maturity. If we wanted a discount, we probably would have mentioned all of this on site? Right? Exactly. We just told the truth and it hurts your reputation so bad that we are right. What this hotel should regret is having staff writing such an immature and unprofessional response to an honest review. Shame on you! You sound very unprofessional and awful and we are glad we took the time to write this review so people can see what a scam you are. We included pictures and translations of the original post as well as your unprofessional response. Original review: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price My visit was far from relaxing. The sauna doesn’t open until 2 PM, which means there’s virtually nothing available for guests in the morning before checkout. The spa facilities are extremely limited, with only one sauna and one steam room. This place markets itself as a spa, but in reality, it feels misleading and underwhelming. To make matters worse, we were placed in a room next to a family with loud, screaming children—disrupting both the afternoon, night and early morning. It’s baffling why guests seeking a peaceful stay would be placed beside a noisy room without any consideration. Also sand everywhere in the room from previous guests, did no one clean the room before we arrived? Adding to the chaos, there was loud construction noise throughout the morning(and lack of compensation for this inconvenience!!!), making it impossible to relax. The lack of foresight and concern from the staff was evident, and the customer service simply terrible. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a true spa retreat. Your money is better spent elsewhere, that’s for sure 👎 Never again! 0 points from here!
