Bush Bungalows at Sun City Resort

Great location peaceful and so many activities to do.

The location is great and the scenery for a couple that wanted a bush feel instead of a hotel. The breakfast was good except that u will have to get it at cabanas. The room was okay, spacious, however the shower had an extremely slow draining and that was such a disappointment. We booked as a young couple and we get there our bed is two single beds put together nd we ended up having to sleep on different beds like that😕. Their check-in system is the slowest i have seen in my whole travelling life. It was like a queue at home affairs/labour department……

I'm giving it one star for it's quiteness and peaceful, especially at night. The chalets have a Sewer smell and it feels like someone just pooped in your room for every 30 minutes.The bathroom door was dirty in our chalet (Zambezi 6)it looked like someone has splashed muthi or tea on it. The windows were dirty and had spider webs everywhere. The wooden piece of art at the main door had big spider webs and spider eggs. The pedestal stoep is never cleaned(reason being, you can't expect an over 50 years old woman to clean 14 chalets on her own like it's a hotel). Our veranda light did not have a globe. Room service does not exist. The ironing was never done properly and I was charged. Security gate with proper security could do better in order for the guest to not feel neglected and not safe.Breakfast service would definitely be a huge courtesy, because driving daily to Cabanas is painful. You have to struggle with parking. Consider having the same cabanas Breakfast at the bush bangalows in future.There was never a shuttle since we checked in on the 24th till we checked out on the 28th December 2023.I took picture and videos should you request evidence.
