Bushy Lake Chalets

Fantastic place to relax and unwind whilst being able to visit the amazing local attractions. Hosts Mel and Rob took every care to ensure our stay was incredible. The warmth of our wood fire was a highlight with ample wood supplied. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to totally immerse ourselves in your beautiful property.

We stayed two nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. It was peaceful, clean, and had just the right romantic touches. The fireplace was perfect for cosy evenings in, and the spa bath was the cherry on top – pure relaxation. Being just five minutes from the city made it super convenient, without sacrificing the calm, tucked-away feel. Highly recommend for couples looking to unwind and reconnect. We’ll definitely be back – next time, for longer!

This place is brilliant. Six of us stayed on a weekend down from Perth. Great proximity to town, spacious rooms, wonderful indoor fireplace which was well stocked with wood, which was well utilised given the cold and rainy weather. Take the short walk down to the lake which is absolutely glorious. Mel and Rob are great proprietors who really care to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay which was most appreciated. My daughter actually left her sleepy toy behind and Mel took the step of sending that back up to Perth for her, which was above and beyond what I could have expected. We'll definitely be back for future visits and recommend it our friends and family travelling down to MR!
