Business Grand Hotel

I always come to BGH every visit to turkey. The staff are great and friendly, fantastic hotel to stay at. The breakfast buffet is abundant with choices, fresh çay ❤️, very clean and central to everything. I would highly recommend any traveller to stay at Business Grand Hotel Ankara

The hotel was great! We had a great time staying here. The location was 10 min by taxi or 1 hour by walking to the old city center of Ankara where you can find the most famous museums and locations in Turkey such 1st & 2nd TBMM, Ethnography Museum of Ankara, Anatolian Civilizations Museum, Augustus Temple and Haci Bayram Veli mosque, Ankara Castle, Koç Museum, and many more! The accommodations were great and the hotel was very clean. Even though the hotel was full, we felt like we were the only customers because it was very quite and the services were very fulfilling. We really appreciate all the kind, understanding, and diligent workers at Business Grand Hotel.

This must be the unfriendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. The receptionist is so unapologetic. Didn’t give normal information about the spa, instead just told us to go downstairs to find out by ourselves. Then we asked for water. It took them half an hour and only because I called again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ it wasn’t even for free although it should be. When I said I’d write a bad review, the staff said “I don’t care”. No one changed our towels. Breakfast food was not replenished so first came first served (although we came at 9:15 they ran out of some food and refused to add more). The spa staff also need to learn how to be more hospitable. Seriously, 4 stars is too much for this hotel. Disappointment.
