Business Hotel Sfax

Doesn't deserve at all the 8.7 of Booking.com Even I have a plan VIP Platinum which allows me to have an easy and express check-in with all other hotels, the check-in here was slow and not welcoming at all, even though I arrived after 2pm. The receptionist Hela was arrogant and not professional and not treating well her colleagues especially the staff on training. The design of the room I have was not comfortable. @ the breakfast you have to wait ages to get your omelette even though was not crowded. The lobby too small. No bottle of water inside the 4 of the 4 stars Hotel. When I did ask I waited 1 hr to get it. You get get better service, treatment and room with the same budget in other hotels in Sfax

Stopped at the elevator and denied access to the rooftop bar because I was wearing elegant linen shorts despite the 36C summer heat. Refusing entry over smart, weather-appropriate clothing feels completely outdated and out of touch. I came dressed chic and respectful but apparently style doesn’t matter if your knees are showing. Left without even seeing the rooftop and with no desire to return

This is about the rooftop bar and not about the hotel itself The service was extremely rude and unprofessional, with staff forcing customers to order food and then literally kicking them out if they didn't want to eat. Won’t return Don’t recommend
